The Community Transport User & Awareness Survey 2026 has been extended until 30 October 2026.
Essex County Council is asking residents, carers, volunteers, Community Transport users and anyone interested in Community Transport services to share their views and experiences.
The survey will help Essex County Council understand:
- How residents use Community Transport services
- How aware people are of the services available locally
- Users’ experiences and satisfaction
- Any barriers to accessing Community Transport
- Unmet transport needs
- The wider impact Community Transport has on independence and wellbeing

Unable to complete the survey online?
A paper copy of the survey is available for residents who are unable to complete it online by calling the Parish Clerk on 07703 170512. Completed paper surveys should be returned to:
