Daisy Circle
The Daisy Circle was born in 2007 out of a desire to start up an independent Daisy-Circle-Stitched-5_5-150x150women’s group within our village.
The main aim of the Daisy Circle is to meet friends, to enjoy each others company and to learn a little from our speakers, demonstrations and from each other. We take an active part in village life and support other village organisations.
We meet on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 8.00pm in the Good Easter Village Hall. Come along and visit us yourself. You can be sure of a warm welcome. You may come to a couple of meetings as a visitor before deciding whether or not to join.

Monday Club
The Good Easter Monday Club meets in the Village Hall at 2pm to 4pm on the second Monday of every month. Everyone is welcome.
Monthly subs are £1, where else can you get home made sandwiches, cake, tea and gossip for £1.

Good Easter Village Hall is available for hiring at the following rates:
£10 per hour for occasional bookings.
£7 per hour for regular bookings.

The Hall is fully equipped with a kitchen, crockery and cutlery for 100 people, disabled access toilets and an access ramp to the hall.
In 2021, the Village Hall celebrated its centenary.
Good Easter Community First Responders
Are you looking for something to do that will really make a difference in our community? If you live or work in or around Good Easter or the local villages, the East of England Ambulance Service Community First Responder team based in Good Easter would like to hear from you.cfr-logo
Community First Responders are volunteers who get training from East of England Ambulance Service in basic First Aid, how to administer oxygen and carry out CPR and use a defibrillator. After the training you become part of the group providing cover for our local area. In emergency cases getting care to the patient in the first few minutes, whilst the Ambulance is on its way, can be vital and Community First Responders can provide that link. That care may be needed at any time of the day or night.
You can give as much or as little time as you want to the organisation – it could be anything from a few hours per month, up to several days – it’s up to you. Most of the team does an eight-hour shift once or twice a week. We aim to offer a 24 hours a day, 7 day a week cover for our local community and if you live or work (perhaps from home) in or around Good Easter and want to do some voluntary work we would like to hear from you.
We are a vital part of the Ambulance service, often providing an early response to patients with heart problems, chest pains, Cardiac Arrest, breathing difficulties, choking and unconscious patients whilst waiting for the ambulance to arrive. If you speak to the people who are Community First Responders they will tell you it is extremely satisfying and can literally save a life.
